Our group focused on using the artifact data from our excavations within the Olin Farm site in order to determine patterns of human activity and make conclusions about such human activity within the arboretum. We focused on various different topics, such as the economic history of the farm, the history of smelting in the area, the history of the intentions of the farm, and the history of the changing use of the Olin Farm site. Although each of our topics focus on different areas of research, our goal overall was to decipher human activity within the Olin Farm site through our excavated data.
